"Over my thirty year career as a photographer and artist, I have always worked in grids and segments. I seem to see life in this form of structure. It helps me to dissect the subtle nuances of an image and create an understanding of what makes the subject so special. Each image starts as a photograph. The initial image is dissected into varying parts, based on the subject matter. Then each image is hand applied as a collage onto varying media.
