Dee Dee grew up in the mountains of Vail, Colorado and earned a degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University. She was an integral part of the design team for both The Mondrian Hotel and The Flamingo on Miami Beach. She designed large scale residential projects on Long Island in New York and other commercial and residential projects throughout the country. Most recently she has been enjoying creating with resin and mixed media on wood and canvas. It affords her an outlet to express her inspiration and ideas on a more intimate scale. Lantzy is greatly inspired by nature; sunsets, rock formations, water crystals and bird feathers are a few of the natural world phenomenons that speak to her and stir her creativity.
