The print is lifted bottom-up from the original magazine and rubbed or rolled onto the paper that will comprise the future artwork. This produces collages with a distorted mirror-effect which enables them, unlike conventional collages made up of glued materials, to engage playfully with the possibilities of semi-transparency.
