As a Miami, Florida native with a mother who was an avid bird watcher, I spent most of my time outside exploring. That experience developed my love and passion for painting Florida's diverse landscape. I was fortunate to further my painting skill and knowledge of flora and fauna when I moved to Ft. Pierce, FL with my husband and children. There I met A. E. Backus, recognized as the Premier Florida Landscape Artist.
