Trish Coonrod was born in Danvers, MA, and has been painting and drawing since childhood. She received her BFA from Washington University in St. Louis, and her MFA from The New York Academy of Art in New York City, where she graduated with honors. Upon graduation she took a position in Jeff Koons' studio where she worked as a lead painter for eight years. In 2007 she relocated to Ithaca with her husband and 2 children. Trish has been painting mostly stilllifes since that time, and is represented by several galleries in the United States, including Principle Gallery in Alexandria, VA, and West End Gallery in Corning, NY.You can visit Trish's website to view more of her work here.
