Nicki Rahn is a Denver-based artist who specializes in creating highly-textured pieces of art focusing on abstracts and wildlife. As a proclaimed self-taught artist, Nicki has experimented with multiple techniques and styles to develop a unique style to her paintings. The artist adds texture and depth to her collection by building multiple layers of color to each piece while adding whimsy and charm by painting local wildlife from various perspectives. As an added touch to her works, Nicki mounts the pallet used for each piece to the back of the canvas to tell the story of how the painting was developed. Nicki's work is dispersed in many private collections as well as in the Parker Adventist Hospital, Colorado.
