Pop Art pioneer Jane B. Grimm’s original ceramic sculptures — both freestanding and wall pieces — are created by hand using ceramic clay and then kiln-hardened using a low-fire technique. Grimm continues her sculptural explorations of her ongoing themes. Razz-Ma-Tazz takes root in geometry. In All That Jazz, flat shapes rise and fall in free-form/intuitive arrangements. Syncopation is also musically inspired, though amorphic in design and rooted in biology. Colors range from pure glossy and matte white to yellow and blue.
