Kristy Stout spent her childhood years traveling with her family, but always landing near the ocean. In 2000 she began her dream career as a marine mammals trainer. For ten years she was able to interact with them and truly see them in a way that others donʻt. The unique relationships she formed with them became the inspiration for her art. She likes to play with light, movement, and bright colors in her acrylic expression. She believes each piece takes on itʻs own personality, just like the animals in her life. Her goal is to help you connect with these amazing beings the way she did, through her art.Kristy resides on Oahu and hopes to continue sharing her love for the ocean and all the creatures that call it home.
