North Carolina artist Steven Seinberg received his BFA from the Atlanta College of Art and MFA from Georgia State University. He uses graphite and oil in a muted, monochromatic palette to create abstract expressionist paintings that convey a somber, nostalgic, and peaceful mood. His paintings have an atmosphere of mystery about them, inspired by senses and emotional responses to one’s surroundings.
