BioMOLLY SCHULPS is an artist and educator living in both California and Oregon. She grew up in SouthernCA and was deeply influenced by her father who was a successful educator and master potter. Mollyworks in her home studio making both sculpture and utilitarian ceramics. When she is not in the studioor classroom, she likes to explore her surrounding environments collecting imagery, sketching andresearching. Her artwork explores narratives and visual imagery related to animals and theenvironment. Molly Schulps has served as a professor of ceramics for the last 18 years at CypressCollege and was the art department chair for the last 6 years. She has been invited to participate insome significant exhibitions at various museums and is in both public and private collections.
