“When you hold anything as your object of appreciation you come into alignment with the fullness of who you are. I create from this place, this place of appreciation and alignment through meditation, movement, music, going for walks in nature, my work becomes meditation, a vehicle to transcend time space reality to the connection of your source energy, this is the place that my work is created from. And from that place I co-create with the universe allowing the energy to flow through me. Art embodies the vibration of the artist, it’s an extension of the feeling of the artist as they were creating the work. Creating is a powerful act it allows for intuition to be followed to and from a place of knowing.”
