She received her B.A. in Art from Smith College and her M.A. in Printmaking from the University of Iowa. Known nationally and internationally, her works have been exhibited all over the U.S, Europe, Japan, and China. Her prints are in important public museums’ permanent collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; Cleveland Museum of Art; Harvard University Art Museums; and the National Museum of American Art, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
