One of six children born into a creative family, Bradford hails from Chicago, where he studied photography, filmmaking, theater, and writing. In addition to extensive experience as a fine art photographer, he paints abstracts in acrylic on surfaces including canvas and wood. His work has been shown in many shows and was on view in an exhibition juried by the late gallerist Ivan Karp. Bradford is the author of A Wonderful Life, a collection of poetry and reflections on faith, spirituality, and the human experience. He is currently working on a new book of fine art photography. Says Bradford, "all artists have something to contribute, and all art inspires me."
