Since graduating in 2017, she has been splitting her time between studios in Tennessee and Florence working on private commissions and teaching. She is represented by GALLERY 1401in the Southside of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Singulart based in Paris, France. "From a young age, I have always had a loving fascination with nature and the arts. As I evolved to the being I am today, I am so fortunate to be able to work with Mother Nature (clay) every day to attempt to recreate one of her creations. In my work, I want humans interacting with an emotion captured in clay. My influences and inspiration comes from everyday life, the people seen, and the nature felt. Working with clay, a fancy version of mud, enables me to feel connected to Mother Earth during this process. This furthers connection to the organic that working from a live model allows, enabling me to observe life closely, its movements, its emotional delicacies. To interpret the nature of flesh and bone comes with its challenges but is both engaging and exciting. Bronze casting is an alchemical process that has a twinkle of magic in its subtleties to me. To share the final result with the viewers is a pleasure. "
