Born in Philadelphia and raised in New York, Geoff Palmer is now a 30 year resident of Breckenridge. A fifth generation cabinet maker on his mother’s side from the Philly area, his business Distinctive Woodwork is now celebrating its 22nd year.Geoff mostly specializes in custom commissioned wood work including kitchen and bath cabinets, fireplace mantels and surrounds, bookcases, libraries, entertainment centers and general fine woodworking. He also builds one-of-kind free standing furniture including table and chair sets, end tables and coffee tables, and enjoys turning bowls and making vertical grain maple cutting boards.
