James Righetti is an Australian native who has been living in Atlanta for the past ten years. Painting and artistic expression runs in his family with his grandmother and cousin having had notable artistic careers. James likes to explore using a variety of mediums including coldwax, oil and acrylic. Growing up in the eighties James developed a love of music and draws inspiration from icons spanning from the 70’s; Blondie, Bowie and Jagger, through to the current time. James has an acute eye for aesthetic form having worked in real estate development and architecture and design. His artwork has a sense of structure and form whilst exhibiting a striking and unique appearance.
