Sarah Ingraham (b. 1994) is a Brooklyn, New York-based painter with experience in rug making and wallpaper design. Influenced by a strong art historical background and a respect for decorative traditions in craft, she looks to ceramics and textiles from all over the world to combine ancient motifs with a fresh palette. Using still life and the natural world as a neutral setting, she explores a combination of observed and imagined forms.
