Carley Jackson is native Caribbean Island of San Andres but direct descent of Caymanian parents and grandparents. Though he is gifted from birth in the artistic ability, he decided to study the technical aspect of the trade but 1975 he graduated from Continental Schools of Arts in USA in Techniques of Drawing and Painting. Carley Jackson is professional artistic painter with 45 years of painting experience . In Realism style and acrylic techniques he has painted hundreds of pieces in landscapes, ethical customs and other cultural patrimony. For many years he worked and thaught in the island of Andres, where he has had 23 local exchibitions of art paintings; 9 National exhibition of Colombia and 3 International (Nova Scotia in Canada, Costa Rica and Australia). While in San Andres, he received an award of Honor from Colombian Ministry of Culture and from Local Secretarship of Culture, for his impressively beautiful artistic work.
