Raymond Fredericks grew up near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I learned some beadwork skills in scouting. I really developed my skills during my incarceration as a way to pass the time. I now teach others to bead and give them starter packs. If my art sells, I will buy more art supplies to continue teaching.
