Paul Peiffer is from Cannon City. "I use art to supplement my DOC pay, and not rely on my family. I was unable to pay postage fees for awhile but with the stimulus check I was able to again and not be a burden on my family. If my art work sells I will use the funds to supplement monthly income in order to be self sufficient. Hopefully in the future be able to send some money home."
