PALM SPRINGS native Naomi Brown grew up in Twentynine Palms, California, and now resides happily with her husband and children in Queen Creek, Arizona. A nationally recognized artist, two pieces of her work were chosen for the 20th Anniversary Arts for the Parks and no fewer than eleven were selected for the national Paint the Parks and Paint America competition. Her work has toured nationally and is found in private collections around the United States. Miss Brown is a founding member of Cowgirl Artists of America and an Out-of-State Artist member of The California Art Club. Her work is featured in Southwest Art, where she was among the top 100 finalists for their competition, “Artist in Excellence.” Naomi’s art is shown in Western Art Collector, and American Art Collector. She was in the AWA Steamboat Art Museum show as well as the 50th Anniversary Mountain Oyster Show in 2019 in Tucson, AZ, and again in 2023. Naomi’s art was featured in the 2020 LA Art Show and she was a solo artist at Slopoke Gallery’s 2021 LA Art show. Naomi was invited to be in Arizona Highways’ “The Art of Our Photography” show – the publication’s first-ever art show at the Western Spirit Museum in Scottsdale, AZ. Naomi Brown participated in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 CowGirl Up shows in Wickenburg, Arizona and was a 2022, 2023, and 2204 invitee in the C.M. Russell Museum Mini March Roundup. She featured on the front cover of International Artist’s June/July 2023 issue. Naomi was invited to the 2023 and 2024 Small Works Great Wonders at the National Cowboy Museum in Oklahoma
