Antonio Samudio Iis a Colombian painter and engraver, he has been included by critics in the Colombian Expressionist group, to which Ángel Loochkartt, Leonel Góngora and Carlos Granada belong; despite the fact that in his work, there is no tragedy or reference to a heartbreaking reality. He studied at the National University Faculty of Fine Arts. In 1966 he hung his first exhibition at the Galería Arte Moderno de Bogotá. In 1968 he traveled to Caracas where he presented his work at El Muro Gallery. In 1974 he exhibited at the Siglo XX salon in Quito, Ecuador. In 1977 he exhibited at the Autopista Art Gallery in Medellín. In 1989 he presented his work at the Belarca Gallery and in 1990 a set of his prints were exhibited at the Rayo de Roldanillo Museum.
