Jenny was raised in Jacksonville, Florida and credits her parents with instilling a creative spirit and artistic drive within her. Her mother taught all her six children the joy of working with diverse media in arts and crafts projects on a regular basis. Her father loved to use his woodworking shop to create different functional designs and encouraged Jenny to learn the basics of construction and form. All of these childhood contributed to her developing a keen sense of space, color, and design. The combination of these parental influences fueled a passion in Jenny to use her talents to create abstracts which feature bursting colors, varied patterns, and a sense of organized motion. The end result is a visually pleasing sense of whimsy and fun that enlivens and brightens the home or wherever it is displayed. Jenny possesses a strong Christian faith that manifests itself in a grateful heart and a loving outlook for the world around her. This spirit is clearly captured in her work. Her paintings bring a sense of joy to the viewer.
