Brad Wreyford uses acrylic pigments for his hard-edged, sometimes color field compositions. Solid planes of color and more mottled sections of texture play off one another just as his color combinations vibrate and radiate off the canvas. Wreyford joined Cole Pratt Gallery after he completed his MFA at Louisiana State University. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, he lives in Hot Springs, Arkansas where he is the Fine Arts Coordinator and Studio Faculty at the Arkansas School for Math, Science, and the Arts.
