One of Panama’s most promising young artists, Pascual Rudas is already well-known for his keen precision and surrealist perspective fusing humans with their natural environment. With a fixation on water, translucence and movement, he beckons both the curious and the comfort seeker. All of his subjects are naked, and utterly ethereal. Rudas’ mastery and focus earned him first prize at the National Plastics Art School, where he later graduated. He studied art the the Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes de Panamá and has had solo and group exhibitions along with commissions for historical portraits created for visiting royalty and presidents.
