Francisco Ferenczi, A Brazilian artist of Hungarian descent trained as a nuclear engineer in Germany, quit his career at a young age to pursue the creative path of art as a sculptor and painter. He owned and managed his art gallery in Rio de Janeiro before moving to New York City where he lived for decades and now presides in Santa Fe, New Mexico. His art work has been exhibited and sold to collectors in Brazil, Germany and the USA. He works with different mediums such as bronze, alabaster, oil, acrylic and repurposed materials which guide him in the path to the finished piece. Every piece is a witness of different phases of his life and artistic career.
