(1928 - 2016) Everts, widely exhibited in the United States and overseas, was instrumental in the founding of the Los Angeles Printmaking Society, and was among the first guest artists at the Tamarind Workshop. Everts' work is in numerous corporate and public collections including the Museums of Modern Art in New York, San Francisco, and Tokyo, the Art Institute of Chicago, Brooklyn Museum, Detroit Institute of Arts, Flint Institute of Arts, the Library of Congress, LACMA, Milwaukee Museum of Art, the National Collection, Washington, D.C. and others.
