(1883 - 1976) one of the most renowned photographers ever, who formed Group f/64 with Ansel Adams and Edward Weston to promote a more “western form” as she put it. She’s the subject of recent retrospectives at the Getty, the Seattle Art Museum, and is in most prestigious collections in the world.
