Roy Kiyooka was a Canadian artist whose work spanned multiple mediums, including painting, photography, poetry, and sculpture. Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan to Japanese-Canadian parents, Kiyooka's art reflects the complexity of his heritage and the experiences of displacement, identity, and belonging.
