Jesus Llopis holds a Fine Arts degrees from the University of Valencia, Spain. Towards the end of his studies, he met another fine arts student, Amparo Dominguez. They immediately started creating together. This unique collaborative partnership and relationship continued to grow. They married and their work together continued to evolve. Dominquez and Llopis further developed their creative work which led to diverse exhibitions in America and Europe. In time, they founded their artistic group “Trafic d’Art” which conceptualizes and creates artwork as a team. Jesus is a multidisciplinary artist, painter, and sculptor. One of his primary subjects is modes of transportation (Cars, Bikes, Trains . . .etc.). He firmly believes that modern times and their technologies are closely integrated. Together they move us forward while simultaneously bringing us back to the age-old need of communication and meaning of existence. Through his paintings he launches messages of the importance of absorbing the beauty that surrounds us. Around challenges and change, he proposes optimism, the pursuit of happiness, and creating a world that is better than how we found it. Llopis works are featured in many individual and collective exhibits and hang in private collections around the world. He also has been awarded several awards listed below.
