Born in Los Angeles, California, Morgan moved to the Bay Area for school. A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1991, Morgan has exhibited his artwork in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Richmond, VA, Washington, DC and Sweden.
