Luc Bernay is a French illustrator and painter. He studied Fine Arts and Graphic Design in Paris (ENSAAMA), as well as at the London College of Communication (UAL) and the Princeton Academy of Arts (NJ USA). He is a Signature Member of the American Society of Marine Artists, and has a keen interest in plein air painting, children book illustration and sculpture.
