Henri is the self-taught 16 year old art prodigy from LA that has been creating buzz amongst collectors from across the country. When he was 14, Henri found an old wooden crate in the family’s garage and asked his father if he could use it. Before his parents returned from their dinner that evening, Henri had dismantled the crate and finished his first original piece using materials from around the house. A local collector saw a photo of the piece and immediately commissioned Henri for a new piece for his own home. Within the next week, Henri began selling artwork to collectors from New York to LA. His early collectors dubbed him “Baby Basquiat” and demand for his art has continued to grow exponentially. Henri was signed in February 2024 by New York City’s Lux Contemporary Gallery just a few weeks after his 16th birthday. His first solo exhibition of nearly 20 pieces debuted at Lux Contemporary Gallery on April 18, 2024, and was sold out in less than a month. In March 2024, Henri was selected as the featured artist of the 2024 New York International Auto Show. In May 2024, Henri’s work was selected by the Equal Means Equal Movement to raise awareness for equal rights, alongside other internationally recognized artists like Shepard Fairey. In July 2024, Henri was selected as the youngest featured artist at the New York Stock Exchange’s private gallery collection, curated by world famous trader and extensive collector, the “Einstein of Wall Street”, Peter Tuchman. Henri’s current work can be found at Lux Contemporary Gallery.
