W. Michael Bush is a former Theatrical and Stage Scenic Artist working on numerous classic films from the eighties including Jaws, Caddy Shack, Porky's and Escape from New York. His studies include Jacksonville University, Ringling School of Art and Art Institute of Chicago."My figurative work is an extension of my desire to do more narrative art. It gives me the ability and the freedom to story-tell in vignettes, a slice of life stylized to draw the viewer in so as to focus on the most important element of the story." Michael's work can be found in numerous collections including Jacksonville Art Museum, Speed Museum, Le Bonheur Children's Hospital (Memphis) and Pinnacle Bank. He recently completed a one man show for the Dalton Creative Arts Guild in Dalton, Georgia and is currently having a one man show in the Tullahoma Regional Fine Art Museum. Michael resides in Bell Buckle, Tennessee with his wife, and jewelry designer, Madonna.
