Elisa Cappellari is a photographer who works between commis- sions and personal visual projects in South Tyrol, Italy. Her research presents photographs and texts on subjects ranging from living beings to objects and spaces, analysing the interdependence and the power dynamics that exist between the wild and the domestic in urbanised society. Adopted in Brazil and raised in northern Italy, Elisa loves to bring opposing natures and elements closer together and does so by creating spaces of proximity between her subjects and documenting the results. Photographing animals allows her to speak about human states
