Steve Wrubel is an award-winning photographer and director who focuses his lens on American Rodeo. After 25 years in commercial and fine art photography, Wrubel made a move to focus on creating art that reflects one of his greatest passions – the American West. A passion born in the wilds of the Mojave Desert as a child. An ambition to delve deep into rodeo culture has allowed him access to events such as The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), The American, Cheyenne Frontier Days, The Yellowstone Riggin' Rally, The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, and even the occasional buck up practice at a private ranch. His photographic work can be found in public collections, as well as hundreds of corporate and private collections, including those of Chris Harrison, Jared and Genevieve Padalecki, Hotel Drover, and the US Embassy in Tanzania. He has received numerous awards and honors for his images and his artwork has been featured in publications including Paper City, Modern Luxury, and Garden & Gun.
