Chuck Flewelling captures and shares the natural beauty that he finds everywhere. Influenced by the observation and study of nature, Chuck has been a photographer since high school. After moving to Western Washington decades ago, what started as a hobby evolved into something more substantial. The Northwest has transformed many inhabitants into artists in that same manner. As a healthcare professional for over 30 years, Chuck learned much about organization. He presently applies those executive skills serving as president of Ebb Tide Gallery, a co-op of 14 artists in the heart of Gig Harbor, Washington. He and his wife frequently travel to hike, beachcomb, or kayak. The roads they follow lead everywhere in the Pacific Northwest, including Mount Rainier, Mount St. Helens, the Columbia River Gorge, Pacific Coast, or the San Juan Islands. His images reflect the natural beauty of the entire region. Chuck's photography has been displayed in several local galleries, including his own Ebb Tide Gallery.
