Crystal French is an interdisciplinary artist who spent her early days enraptured by the solace and connectedness of Nature. She grew up in the rural countryside of Rhode Island, and studied at RISD, and in Florence, Italy.She feels most at home within the rhythms of marshlands, and finds inspiration in the life of the tides. She finds particular interest in exploring the healing interrelationships and harmonies of color as well as the unique emotions which they can sometimes stir. She resides in Essex County, MA, with her sweet husband and two pups, Oscar & LouLou.
