Sa démarche s'articule autour d'un rituel créatif quotidien en deux temps : écrire de manière automatique et créer des formes qui rappellent ce geste d’écriture. Une fois l'exercice terminé, l’artiste n’a à sa disposition que les gestes et la danse des lignes créés automatiquement, de plus en plus abstraits avec le temps qui le sépare du moment de sa création, ne laissant que le titre comme souvenir des émotions vécues. Cette écriture indéchiffrable, ou ces barbeaux sont le point de départ de son exploration esthétique. Se métamorphosant en lignes et mouvements aléatoires, ces formes exposent la vulnérabilité de l’artiste tout en créant une opacité délibérée qui le préserve d'une certaine intimité envers les autres et soi-même.
