1929 - 1990 Sosedov was born in Saratov, Russia and studied at the Leningrad Higher Arts and Crafts College until 1955. He spent most of his professional career in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and taught at he Tashkent Theater-Art Institute. He was a member of the Russian Artists' Union. He is listed on page 303 of Matthew Bown's, A Dictionary of Twentieth Century Russian and Soviet Painters.
