PHOTOGRAPHY NEW YORK, USA Blaise Hayward (b. 1964, Toronto) is a photographer and sculptor based in New York. In 1996, he moved to the United States, where he has maintained a commercial photography studio for decades. Throughout this time, he also produced fine-art photography and, over the past few years, this increasingly has become the focus of his time and energy, as has creating mobiles and bronze sculptures. His work resides in many private collections, but only recently, in 2021, has Hayward begun to publicly exhibit his art and present it to a wider audience. Hayward has recently completed both The Statehood Quarters and The Quarters of Confederation portfolios and his continuing work on Ticket Please, The Honest Portrait and his Flower Studies which are ongoing. He has also begun work on Legal Tender, a project that will debut in 2025. In his spare time, you can find Hayward riding his road racing bike, playing with his band, cooking, and doing what he can to help with the environment.
