Cece is a representational impressionist oil painter. She produces dramatic paintings that engage one’s emotions through bold brush strokes and a strong use of color. New energies emerge and collide as the painting progresses. Visually her art is about relationships with color. Emotionally it is a response to nature, travels, conversations and the glamour that is all around us if we just pay attention.
