Website: www.mountainspud.com Texture and shadow inspire me more than anything else. The cavities of a brick, the smooth, glossy surface of worn wood, or the folded planes of a rumpled sheet. Different textures can evoke different feelings, from warmth and comfort to foreboding and unease. The shadows created by these textures highlight and compliment. My intention through my art is to explore these feelings by creating and exploring textures as best I can.
