I am a New England based artist, interested and trained in pastel painting, life drawing and design but consider myself a life long student of all areas of art and design.I discovered soft pastels by chance several years ago when I was given a set of Rembrandt pastels, it was then that I found my medium.I have been a part of a group of pastelists from Massachusetts for several years that meet once a month to share time painting together.After living on both coasts my family found a home in the great state of Rhode Island.
