Yinda was born in Xinjiang, Western China. He is a contemporary Chinese artist who graduated from the Art Department of the Northwest Institute for Nationalities. Since 2002, he has lived and worked in the Songzhuang district of Beijing. Yinda's work is based on long-standing traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy, combining a solid academic foundation in the form of drawing with modern oil painting techniques. The works often depict scenes of daily life, landscapes, animals, people, etc., using a perfect combination of bright colors, exuding a fresh breath and passion for life. Every year, he returns to Xinjiang to sketch and create works in a style of bold strokes and rich colors. His works are in private collections in the USA, Germany, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Russia and other countries.
