"Some of us aren't born to paint, it's something we discover along the way to finding ourselves." - Alicia Leingang Born and raised in central North Dakota, Alicia Leingang spent the first half of her life in her hometown before moving to Bismarck. In her time living here, she has worked many different lives -- from restaurant service to surgical tech to daycare provider -- before taking on her recent adventure as co-owner of Carden Custom Framing. It’s there, through working with other local artists, that she found her passion for the arts. She has found watercolors as her preferred medium and loves exploring the many ways color dances and moves on the paper. When not playing painter, she is a custom picture framer. Alicia also loves spending time with her family, gardening, camping, fishing and almost anything that is outdoors.
