It was here that she discovered her propensity for collecting natural objects tocreate crafted worlds for decoration, be that of the windowsill or the body. Her trajectory in lifewas cemented when she joined the team at Becky Thatcher Designs in Glen Arbor and workedthere during the summers of 1988 and 1989. She went on to study art in Boston and Oregon, graduating with a degree in Metalsmithing and Sculpture from Pacific Northwest College of Artand Oregon College of Art and Craft. She’s been working as a self employed jeweler since1994. In the year 2000 Amy began working with her future husband, Tucker Glasow.
