Sofía Gallo ( Argentina, 1983) Sofia Gallo is a visual artist graduated in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. She works on paintings and sculptures. She trained in the workshops of Leila Tschopp, Marina de Caro, Daniel Joglar and Sergio Bazán. She studied drawing with Eduardo Stupía and participated in the "Manglar" Artists Program coordinated by Andrés Labaké at Acéfala Gallery. Among her individual exhibitions are: "Recent Paintings" at Espacio Arenales, "The Language of the Ants" in Brazil675, "The Shapes of Time" at Coral Contemporary Gallery Miami and "Copper Days" at Pagana Casa de Arte, Buenos Aires , Argentina. She participated in various group shows, including "Look as if you knew" at Acéfala Gallery, and "El viaje extraordinario" at the Borges Cultural Center. She is currently conducting a construction clinic with Verónica Gómez and is working on research on virtual museums in conjunction with Mariana Landau's chair (Educational Technologies) of the Communication Sciences program at the UBA.
