Jimi Love is a multimedia artist who began his artistic journey in the late 1990s, honing his stenciling skills in London’s vibrant Camden Market. After relocating to Brighton in the early 2000s, he expanded his work to mural-sized stencils and learned silk screen printing, creating posters, stickers, and t-shirts. Influenced by late 80s and early 90s skateboard graphics, his work combines rebellious, psychedelic imagery with a technique he calls Retina Burn—bold black lines that linger momentarily after a quick glance.A pivotal moment in his career came when he attended the opening of Outside Institute (now Stolen Space), where he encountered artists like SEEN and Shepard Fairey. Now dividing his time between the UK and Malta, Jimi collaborates regularly with Maltese pop artist Miloman, joining forces on various creative projects.
