This Memphis, Tennessee native and Auburn, Alabama resident graduated from Auburn University with degrees in art and interior design. Her representational work gives the impression of softness and harmony. Her paintings often express her connection to Auburn, Lake Martin, and her southern roots. Landscapes, children, and animals are areas of special interest. Statement: Painting has enhanced my ability to “see” the world in all of its light and color. If I can evoke a memory or create a connection for my viewer, then I feel that my work is a success. I have enjoyed the discipline and dedication required in my art journey.
